We are currently recruiting a Digital Delivery Lead focused on Transportation projects with a strong background in Linear & Civil Infrastructures BIM management, to assist and support the implementation of our digital delivery strategy within our Europe Global Design Centre (GDC) . Our office has an established track record of successfully delivering Digital Transportation Projects for many years, throughout the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand among others. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. This is a key role within the Europe GDC's and for Enterprise Capabilities’ Digital strategy. The Europe GDC is part of AECOM’s wider Enterprise Capabilities team (EC). The responsibilities of this role include:

- Coordination of design and production activity on complex, multidisciplinary transportation & civil infrastructure projects with geographically dispersed teams
- Developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating project delivery procedures on civil infrastructure projects
- Use of digital production platforms such as; Revit, Civil3D, InfraWorks, OpenRoads, OpenRail, or 12d in the context of the above
- Strong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for roads, rail, bridges & tunnels, as well as transportation buildings such as train stations and airports
- 8+ years of industry experience in the BIM & Digital Delivery field
- Demonstrable portfolio of 3D project design models for roads, rail, bridges & tunnels, as well as transportation buildings such as train stations & airports, to create & extract design data, quantity schedules, estimates & cost reports
- Demonstrated experience working with industry documents such as ISO19650 and PAS 1192
- Previous working experience for civil infrastructure disciplines such as transportation buildings, civil structures & linear infrastructures.
- International experience working with global collaborating teams. Experience working on projects in Australia, USA or Canada will be considered favourable.
- Leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication. Previous experience leading a team in both a project and business-oriented capacity, experienced hiring manager has partaken in the business’ recruitment process, a team player and mentor to reporting lines, fluent in English (oral and written).
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology or related discipline project execution or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, & related experience with an average up to or exceeding .
