Job Summary

Are you a Civil Engineer with experience in the delivery of water and wastewater projects?

Due to an exciting period of growth, we have opportunities within our vibrant team in Belfast and would love to hear from interested candidates at all levels!

What can we offer?
You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the highest – profile projects in Northern Ireland and beyond such as:
Living With Water Programme – a 12 year £1.4 billion integrated plan for drainage and wastewater management. We are working on over 100 Unacceptable Intermittent Discharge sites in Belfast & Whitehouse as well as providing Integrated Drainage Modelling, strategic business case guidance, catchment delivery plans & digital delivery. We will be working with DFI, NIW and other partners to deliver solutions ranging from sustainable drainage systems to large scale civil engineering structures
Belfast Storm Tunnel Extension – AECOM has been appointed to deliver the extension to the Belfast Storm Water Tunnel. This urban tunnelling project promises to be an interesting and challenging project.
Strathfoyle Siphons – AECOM are investigating options for the replacement of the existing siphons under the River Foyle. Our objective is to provide a sustainable solution that has minimal impact on this environmentally and historically significant site.

Minimum Requirements
BSc, BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience working in the water / wastewater industry.
