We’re looking for Civil and Structural Engineers to work on Major Civils projects of a tunnelling nature at all levels to join our teams across the UK.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging Civil Infrastructure / Tunnelling projects across both the UK and abroad such as:
• Thames Tideway Central Contract
• HS2
• Southern Water tunnel route selection London Power Tunnels 2 Project
• Snowdonia Cable Undergrounding
We offer technically challenging work in a supportive team to grow your technical skills in the context of landmark UK Civil Infrastructure projects. The nature of our work is fast paced and both challenging and rewarding in equal measure.

We also encourage involvement in the broader community including supporting STEM and the British Tunnelling Society.
Minimum Requirements
• Have ideally a civil/structural background and experience with some/ all of the following:
• Design reinforced concrete structures.
• Design tunnels and shafts in challenging ground conditions.
• Have experience in numerical analysis method including 2D and 3D finite element.
• Be a good communicator
• Be experienced in writing technical reports of a high quality
• Have knowledge in the methods and techniques used in the design of tunnel linings including segmental, jacked, cast insitu, sprayed concrete, masonry/blockwork, rock bolted/anchored and unlined.
• Hold knowledge in the methods and techniques used in the design of deep shafts of significant diameter including segmental, secant piled, diaphragm wall and sprayed concrete.
• Have demonstrable experience of soil structure interaction and geotechnical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Have a degree in Civil or Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Potentially hold an MSc/MEng in Soil Mechanics/Geotechnical/Tunnelling Engineering.
• Have a professional membership or working towards such (MICE preferred).
