The Registered Nurse (RN)is responsible for providing direct personal care to residents, observing and monitoring resident health and vitals, maintaining documentation, and consulting with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing regarding care plans and medical histories.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience a plus
