Description

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency dedicated to supporting children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Since 2015, our BCBA and LCSW led team has focused on connecting families with high quality ABA services that promote confidence, independence, and long term success.

We are currently seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a student in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Schedule

Approximately 10 hours per week
Availability needed:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday after 3:00 PM
    and or

  • Weekends (fully open availability)

Flexible part time scheduling available.

What You Will Do

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home environment

  • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

  • Support skill development in communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors

  • Collect daily behavioral data and session notes

  • Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and clinical team

Qualifications

  • Background in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, Human Services, OT, SLP, or related field preferred

  • Experience working with children, especially ASD populations, strongly preferred

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Reliable, professional, and responsive

  • Ability to work independently in a home based setting

  • Experience collecting behavioral data and writing session notes preferred
