Achieve ABA Therapy Group is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team of passionate and caring team members.

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is locally operated by BCBAs who understand and appreciate the impact of direct therapy work that the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) does each day. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are supported and have close contact with their supervisors for any concerns or questions.

Hourly Rate - $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
Reliable transportation
Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
Desire to learn and work independently at times
Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
Reliably attends scheduled sessions
Participate in ongoing trainings
