Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum
Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Current MD LBA licensure required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
