Lead Advanced Technology Developer

We are currently seeking employees for the following open position.

JOB TITLE: LEAD ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPER

Advise, consult, participate and/or lead application prototypes and proof of concepts in support of application development projects.  Leverage technology advances through tactical and strategic technology solutions, reference architectures, frameworks and components.  Perform business impact and cost/benefit analysis of different architectures and assist in developing business cases for projects.  Collaborate with and mentor application teams in creation of a solution architecture involving application patterns, frameworks, composition, inter-intra communications, data access and delivery, technology platform validation, reporting and capacity planning.  Educate technical associates in reference architectures and architectural approaches through educational meetings, staff meetings and one-on-one sessions. Ensure compliance in in-house developed, custom applications or services with control objectives to ensure continued data integrity and security and compliance with industry, internal and regulatory requirements.  Work application vendors, manage vendor relationships and influence future vendor product features.  Participate capacity planning and availability planning activities.  Assist in Technology Risk Assessment.  Provide technical training and consultation to other members of the IT organization. 

Participate in the comprehensive design of the overall application architecture to complex business systems that primarily utilize the Microsoft.Net framework.  Code, compile and test highly complex programs or modules.  Participate in the development of system internal and external design specifications.  Help resolve production system problems.  Conduct code walkthroughs and other technical reviews throughout project and maintenance lifecycles.  Participate in the development of improved and innovative ways to utilize current system software, application system development and programming productivity aids, debugging and test tools.  Investigate and recommend new methods, procedures, tools and technologies.  Participate with other IT professionals to evaluate new technologies in the market and recommend cohesive direction for the IT organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:       

Bachelor’s degree* or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience in job offered or related IT occupation in FileNet design and development.

duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment

experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time.”

Experience in:

-IBM FileNet, IBM Content Collector (ICC), IBM Datacap, IBM Content Navigator, eDiscovery

 Manager, Kofax Capture, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle 11g Database, IBM WebSphere

 Application Server, BPF 4.0, MS SQL Server 2012.

-FileNet P8 infrastructure administration.

-Image Services application support and maintenance.

-FileNet Capture imaging maintenance and support.

-Design, Implementation, upgrade and maintenance of Enterprise Content Management and

 Business Process Management Applications.

-Design and Implementation of enterprise wide email archival, retention and retrieval solutions.

-Design, Implement and maintain the imaging and capture solutions.

-Application Design, Application development and maintenance.

-Imaging Infrastructure support and maintenance.
