WHAT YOU’LL DO (THE GROWTH STRATEGY)
Sales & Lead Generation: Drive private-pay client leads by identifying and opening doors with high-value referral sources (hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, and physician offices).
Relationship Management: Act as the face of the agency. You aren't just "dropping off brochures"; you are building strategic, long-term partnerships.
Market Leadership: Represent us at networking events and community gatherings to establish A Place At Home as the authority in the Phoenix senior care landscape.
Strategic Execution: Manage your own outreach calendar and use CRM data to refine your approach and maximize conversion rates.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Closer: 5+ years in professional sales or marketing with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
The Mission: A genuine passion for serving the senior community. (Healthcare experience is beneficial, but a "hunter" mindset and high EQ are required).
Independence: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micro-managed. You treat this territory like your own business.
Drive: You are motivated to spearhead organizational success while aggressively pursuing your own financial goals.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Annual Compensation Range: $100,000 – $200,000+ (Base + Uncapped Residual Commission)
