As the Executive, Owner and Corporate Communications - Asia Pacific (APAC), you provide vital support to the Communications team – specifically for two critical stakeholder groups: our executives and owners across APAC. You are an excellent writer and communicator who is collaborative and wants to be part of a high performing and dynamic team. You are keen to make a difference, be innovative and deliver critical projects with professionalism.

 

What will I be doing?

As an Executive, Owner and Corporate Communications - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Coordinate, draft and manage impactful stakeholder communications – with a focus on Hilton’s Owner, Internal and Executive communications and events – that reflect core Hilton messaging and enhance Hilton’s reputation. 
  • Support and project manage key communications projects as required – including owner events.
  • Develop written internal and social content for APAC President and other key APAC Executive Committee members to build Executive profiling with internal and external audiences. 
  • Partner across the APAC communications function, and with other Hilton departments and external agency partners to support delivery of strategic and editorial plans. 
  • Manage third-party partner agencies as required. 
  • Manage data insights and translation projects to support effective, inclusive communications.
  • Manage budgets where applicable and accountable for return on invested capital and time resources.
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

An Executive, Owner and Corporate Communications - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • University level qualification in professional degree, preferably communications or hospitality.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in internal or external communications, public relations, journalism and/or project management.
  • Further professional qualifications in communications, writing, journalism, events and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated competence in managing multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A passion to learn and grow with Hilton – taking on new projects as appropriate.
  • Keen interest for travel and hospitality – and a heart for hotels and people.
