About the Job
The transaction coordinator assists in processing closed deals, ensuring they are done accurately and timely. They will also assist in updating contract information and listing data into Trident, Matrix, Atlas, Transaction Manager, and all other required systems. They are required to keep all Trident information as up to date as possible to provide accurate financial forecasting.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Process commissions daily making sure closed transaction data is recorded accurately into Trident. Verify commission calculations are correct, referring to various percentage tables. Ensure daily deadlines are met.
Assist agents with various inquiries related to commission calculations, AR charges, closing documents, etc. Fully understand commission structures and disbursement guidelines.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, or yearly ranking reports.
Provide assistance to MLS or Contracts when needed, entering listing and contract data into Trident, Atlas, Matrix, Transaction Manager, and any other required system.
Assist Accounting Clerk with AP and AR activities when needed. (Prepare check requests, CIT forms, vendor maintenance forms, etc.)
Other duties as assigned by management to assist in the operation of the office or the department.
Advanced knowledge of mathematics, accounting, or financial analysis.
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, as well as other MS Office applications.
Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills and highly detail oriented
Excellent customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
